By creating an account or using Our Bible Study, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Our Bible Study.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service in your jurisdiction. Parent-managed child accounts are the responsibility of the supervising parent or guardian.

Use Our Bible Study respectfully and lawfully. Do not abuse, harass, or harm other members, attempt to access studies you were not invited to, upload unlawful or infringing content, or interfere with or disrupt the service or its security.

You retain ownership of the reflections, notes, and comments you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that content to the appropriate members in order to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

Study creators and observers may have additional controls and visibility. By joining a study, you understand that your reflections become visible to other members according to the platform's reveal rules. Creators are responsible for who they invite and for managing their studies and groups appropriately.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, or where necessary to protect the service and its members. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Bible Study is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
